The developers of websites (individuals and legal entities) that are operating in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and Tashkent city will participate in the competition. Organizing and conduction of the competition is entrusted to the Organizing Committee consisting of the representatives of responsible organizations. The organizing committee forms the expert group of the competition and the jury. Judges can be representatives of ministries and agencies, as well as representatives of culture and art.
The contest is held in three stages: registration of the contestants, selection and awarding of winners and prize winners.
The first stage- registration before the deadline (December 23).
The second stage - the selection of winners and prize winners - from December 23 to December 25, 2017.
The third stage - awarding of the winners and prize winners - will be held in the third decade of December 2017. The date and place of awarding the winners and prize winners will be determined on the basis of the decision of the Organizing Committee and published on www.mit.uz.
Participants' polls will be accepted online at www.mit.uz until December 23, 2017. The contest may be submitted to sites that are intended to be posted online until December 1, 2017. The number of sites that a single contestant can offer is not limited. Individuals entering the contest must be between 14 and 30 years old. The contest may be presented only by a physical or legal person - the domain (legitimate) owner of the site. Only the owner of the site (domain) is eligible to withdraw the application. Only a single nomination can participate in one contest. Applicants must submit a copy of their passport (or other document proving their identity):
Legal entities participating in the competition must submit the following additional documents to their application:
- A passport (or other identification document) of the participant;
- Recommendation of the relevant organization's consent (actually developed by the site);
- Certificate of the organization (legal) possession of the domain of the contested site.
The contestants are not allowed to participate in the activities of the organizers (members of the Organizing committee) and projects and Internet resources, including the separate pages or sections of social networks. Applications submitted by the Competition will be selected by the Expert Group approved by the Organizing Committee and a list of candidates will be formed. The final list of candidates shall be approved by the Steering Committee. During the course of the Contest, the Organizing Committee will create an electronic database and submit all necessary information to the contest site.
The content (content) of the site that participates in the contest is subject to the following requirements: - Compliance with the requirements and interests of the selection audiences (young people); - to raise the level of knowledge and the outlook of the youth; - serve the formation of the culture of information access to the Internet user and its safe handling skills; - At least 80 percent of the site's content (depending on content, size and size of pages) should be designed for youth, filled with useful content, and regularly updated with new materials; - Interactive pageviews (news, events) should be regularly updated (at least once a day); - The site that hosts the contest is subject to the rights of third parties, including copyright infringement, materials contrary to national law, materials that do not meet moral and ethical requirements, security requirements, can not place advertisements on products and services prohibited to be distributed in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The site administrators have to control the site's user-complementary sections (forums, micro blogs, reviews) to avoid using harsh words and phrases. The site that participates in the contest must meet modern requirements of visual decoration (high quality graphics, font and color matching, content relevant to site content and audiences, etc.)
